About
I’m a writer, editor, and content strategist with 8+ years of experience in the journalism and brand editorial space. I specialize in women’s health, fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
At present, I work as an independent writer, editor, and content strategist. I’ve spent my career developing and executing successful content strategies at top health and fitness brands, including Equinox and Peloton. Most recently, I led Fitness content for Peloton’s blog, The Output.
I was also the Editorial Manager at Equinox, where I led editorial content for the Equinox+ app, bringing to life audio, video, and written content to Equinox members. In my role, I helped develop and scale editorial from the ground up. I also wrote and edited articles on health, longevity, fitness, and performance, and hosted podcast-style audio talks (like this one with Dr. Stacy Sims). I also brought on a roster of top wellness, fitness, and lifestyle writers and helped shape the brand’s new editorial voice and strategy.
I also have a background in traditional media—I was an Editor at Shape.com and worked on the editorial team at Well+Good. As a seasoned journalist and writer/editor, I’ve interviewed a wide range of wellness industry experts, doctors, nutritionists, trainers, and other pros, translating the advice and information they give into accessible and engaging content for media outlets including Well+Good, Women’s Health, SELF, Shape, Glamour, The Zoe Report, Prevention, Business Insider, and CNET. I’ve also written for brands including Parsley Health, HUM Nutrition, The Well, and Bonafide Health.
In past lives, I produced and hosted my own podcast, Wellness Unedited. I also produced podcasts for Well+Good, Kelly Leveque (Be Well by Kelly Podcast), and the women's career/personal development podcast Women, Work, and Worth.
I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with an additional certification in Hormone Health. I’m also a NASM CPT and a NASM-certified Women’s Fitness Specialist.
